Summary:

As part of the Securonix Training team in the Customer Success organization you will play a critical role in the delivery of the education services to Securonix Customers, Partners and internal employees. This role has two primary responsibilities with the first being an instructor delivering Instructor-Led-Training (ILT) virtually and on-site. The second responsibility being the administration and management of the Securonix LMS Platform and lab infrastructure.

• As an experienced active listening instructor you excel in creating opportunities for trainees to share their learning objectives and you tailor your delivery to ensure trainees with different learning methods and experience are able to meet their learning goals.
• Finding new and innovative ways to communicate seemingly complicated technical topics such as SIEM, UEBA, SOAR to a wide ranging audience, in person and/or remotely.
• Using the best instructional design techniques to create and lead effective training sessions that result in engaging and quality self-paced and instructor-led offerings.
• As a CyberSecurity hero you connect with internal employees, customers and partners to understand what challenges they face, and you have a passion for finding real world solutions to these challenges.
• Curating a list of sources of information that keep you up to date in the latest cyber industry news, brainstorming creative solutions to solving problems.
• Maintaining and evolving the tools and infrastructure that make delivering Instructor-Led-Training (ILT) possible, constantly looking for ways to optimize the trainee’s experience.
• Cultivating relationships with internal teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Support and Sales to provide more effective means of collaboration and helping achieve shared goals.
• Having a schedule that provides you an opportunity to mix things up in your daily routine.

Qualifications Required:

• Atleast 4+ years of experience in an instructional capacity in the field of Information Technology or Cyber Security field.
• 1 year minimum working first-hand professional experience with SIEM, UEBA, or SOAR solutions.
• Ability and inclination to work irregular hours which may include early morning, late or overnight shifts to provide regional instructional support as needed.
• Experience in LMS Administration or provisioning and managing access or creating content and global configurations on LMS platforms.
• Familiarity with policy compliance standards that apply to US and internal business such as PCI, HIPAA, HITRUST, and GDPR is preferable.
• Be familiar with the MITRE ATT&CK framework tactics and techniques and how an organization would leverage this information to create detection and defense solutions.
• Security certifications: CISSP, GISSP, Security+ and other related certifications are a plus.
• Ability to identify various scripting languages and fundamental understanding of python, powershell or programming languages.
• Have a functional understanding of remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, WebEx, or Teams.
• Must be a citizen and a permanent resident of India and be able to travel regionally and to other countries to deliver a fantastic in person customer experience up to 25%.
